Caveats to a workstream
- A work place agenda must address individual ‘responsibilities’ or areas to develop, as well as, ‘employers responsibilities’ re the workplace
- Not just about employees but all ‘pharmacy ‘workers’
- Cannot be tokenistic or all web-based but equally cannot be all thing to all persons – it is a hub of support not the acctual support
- Recognise that building a internvetion programme will take time and resource
- Cannot duplicate what others are doing/ have done – not a CPD / Must learn from others
- Language and nomenclature can be finessed
