Not set up as an expert area on contracts or working conditions
Facilitate discussions and operationalisation of charter
Output: A workplace to bring Charter alive and start conversations?
Stage 3.
Building mental health and resilience supports
EAP and other supports already in place – re-market and promote
Look at training function – can we build a raining programme based on building resilience? Can we tie to core competency framework?
Can we build a programme of development for young pharmacists?
Specific schemes eg abdication etc.
What are resources required for work?
Output: A planned intervention to build resilient and mental health among cohorts of pharmacists
Stage 4.
Monitoring and evaluation
These programmes are hard to evaluation
Each specific element is open to evaluation
